Consultation

Book a Consultation

One conversation can save you months of guessing. Choose the format that suits you, request a time, and meet me on Zoom, by phone or at my office in Toronto. We can talk in English, Russian or Ukrainian.

Focused Consultation

$150 CAD 30 minutes

One specific question: a document check, a quick eligibility answer, a second opinion. You leave with a clear answer and next steps.

Full Consultation

$250 CAD 60 minutes

Your whole situation, examined properly. We go through your history, your goals and every realistic pathway. You receive a written summary with my recommendation within one business day.

Follow-up

$100 CAD 30 minutes, existing clients

Progress review, new circumstances, next stage planning.

File Review

from $450 CAD flat fee

You prepared the application yourself and want licensed eyes on it before you press submit. I go through every form and document and send you a written list of what to fix.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST is added for residents of Canada.

Request a time

Tell me which consultation you need and when you are free. I confirm the time and send secure payment details within one business day. Online booking with instant payment is coming soon.

Consultation Request

What is included

  • A live conversation with me, not with an assistant.
  • Direct answers about your chances, based on current IRCC rules and my practice.
  • A written summary after every Full Consultation and File Review.
  • If you sign a service agreement with me within 90 days, your consultation fee is deducted from the cost of that service.

What a consultation is not

  • I do not fill in or submit applications during a consultation. That is a separate service with its own agreement.
  • I do not advise on United States immigration or on matters requiring a Quebec-specific representative.
  • I cannot guarantee a visa. Nobody can, and you should walk away from anyone who does.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Life happens. Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before our meeting. Consultations cancelled later than that, or missed, are not refunded, because the time was reserved for you.

How to prepare

Send me copies of relevant documents in advance, once the time is confirmed: passports, previous applications, refusal letters, study or work permits. The more I see before we talk, the more you get out of our time.

Questions about the consultation

Can I have the consultation in Russian or Ukrainian?

Yes. Choose the language when you book. All written summaries come in English by default, so you can use them with any other professional, but I will add key points in your language on request.

Do you offer free consultations?

No, and I would be careful with anyone in this field who does. What I offer instead is a free written assessment: you describe your situation in the form, and I reply within two business days with an honest first take.

What if my case turns out to be simple?

Then the consultation will be short and you will hear exactly that. I do not stretch meetings, and I do not invent services you do not need.

Is my information confidential?

Completely. As a licensed RCIC I am bound by the College’s code of professional conduct, which covers confidentiality of everything you share with me.
