An RCIC is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licensed and supervised by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). For immigration applications, an RCIC and a lawyer can do the same work before IRCC. Lawyers are needed for Federal Court. My licence class, RCIC-IRB, also covers representation before the Immigration and Refugee Board, which many consultants cannot offer.

Search the CICC public register for licence number R1053567 or the name Olga Korpalo. Do this for anyone you consider hiring, including me. If a consultant is not in that register and is not a lawyer, they cannot legally charge you for Canadian immigration advice. Open my profile in the register.

No, and neither can anyone else. Decisions are made by officers, not by representatives. What I can do is make sure your application is as strong as your facts allow, and tell you honestly beforehand whether it is worth filing.

Consultations start at $150 CAD, and full service fees are published on my fees page with typical ranges. You will have an exact written quote before any agreement is signed.

Most of my clients start abroad. Consultations run on Zoom in English, Russian or Ukrainian, and documents move electronically.

A free call is a sales conversation. A paid consultation is professional advice: analysis of your actual situation, honest chances, and a plan you can execute with me or without me. And if we do work together afterwards, the fee is credited to your service.
