Family sponsorship
Family Sponsorship
Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor certain family members for permanent residence. I prepare sponsorship applications and represent families before IRCC. If a sponsorship is refused, I can also represent you in an appeal.

Who this is for
- Citizens and permanent residents sponsoring a spouse or partner.
- Parents sponsoring a dependent child.
- Sons and daughters who hope to sponsor parents or grandparents.
- Sponsors whose application was refused.
What I do
- Check your eligibility as a sponsor, and whether to apply from inside or outside Canada.
- Prepare the application and the evidence of your relationship.
- Prepare parent and grandparent sponsorships when the program accepts applications.
- Represent you before the Immigration Appeal Division of the IRB if a sponsorship is refused.
How to start
Book a consultation and fill in the short questionnaire. If you have a refusal letter, please mention its date, as appeal deadlines are short.
