Everything on this website is general information about Canadian immigration. It is not legal or immigration advice for your situation, and reading it does not create a consultant-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we sign a written service agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Immigration decisions are made by officers of IRCC, provincial programs and the Immigration and Refugee Board. No representative can guarantee an approval, a nomination, an invitation or a processing time, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

Accuracy and changes

Canadian immigration rules change frequently. I keep this site current as a matter of practice, but rules may change between updates. Always confirm current requirements with me or with official sources before you act.

Fees and agreements

Published fees are indicative. The fee for your case is set out in a written agreement before any work begins, together with the government fees payable to IRCC or a province.

Your responsibilities

If we work together, you agree to give me complete and truthful information. Immigration applications rest on honesty; misrepresentation carries serious consequences under Canadian law, including multi-year bans.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
